Terms of Service
The rules for using the hosted Flowsint workbench on flowsint.lol.
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and flowsint.lol ("we", "us", "our") and they govern your access to this website, your account area and the hosted Flowsint workbench (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, starting a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a hosted open-source intelligence (OSINT) workbench: you collect entities, connect them into a graph, run transform flows across public sources and keep the evidence attached to each link. The Service also includes this website and the account, billing and credit features that support it.
The Flowsint project is open source and can be self-hosted under its own licence. These Terms cover only the hosted Service that we operate on flowsint.lol, not any version you run yourself.
This site is an independent hosted service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any third-party brand, project or data provider that may be referenced on it. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure, because anyone with access to it can reach your Flowsint account.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@flowsint.lol straight away if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewals
Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through Stripe. Monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed once a year at a discount off the monthly price. Prices are shown in US dollars before any tax that may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
We may change plan prices or plan contents. If a price change affects your subscription, we will notify you before it takes effect so you can cancel first. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Credits
Plans include a monthly or annual allowance of credits that meter workbench operations such as running transform flows and enriching entities. Credit allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless we state otherwise in writing.
You can top up or upgrade at any time. If you exhaust your allowance, metered operations stop until the next reset or until you add credits, and your existing data stays available to read and export.
6. Acceptable use
Flowsint exists for lawful investigation: journalists, security researchers, fraud and compliance teams and other professionals looking into things they are allowed to look into.
You agree that you will not use the Service to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to work around the rules of the sources you query. In particular you will not:
- Use the Service for stalking, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, blackmail or any form of unlawful surveillance.
- Query the Service to build profiles of people for purposes that are illegal where you or they live.
- Circumvent authentication, scrape in violation of a source terms of service, or resell access to third-party data through the Service.
- Probe, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other customers accounts.
- Use automated means to create accounts, farm free credits, or bypass credit metering.
- Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to process.
7. Third-party sources and accuracy
Enrichment results come from public third-party sources. Those sources are often incomplete, stale or wrong, and an entity match is a lead rather than a fact. You must verify anything you rely on before you publish it or act on it.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any result is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
You are the data controller for the information you ingest. You must have a lawful basis for processing it and must respect applicable data protection law, including when the data concerns individuals.
8. Your content and our rights
You keep all rights in the cases, entities, notes and exports you create. You grant us the limited licence we need to store and process that content so we can operate the Service for you, and nothing more.
We keep all rights in the Service itself: the website, the hosted workbench, its interface, documentation, branding and any improvements we make to them. You may not copy, resell or rebrand the hosted Service without our written permission.
9. Availability, suspension and termination
We aim for continuous availability but we may take the Service down for maintenance, security work or changes. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or other customers at risk, or if we are required to by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If we terminate your account for a breach of these Terms, credits and fees already paid are not refundable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, reputational harm, or decisions you take based on output from the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the data you process with it, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where a change is significant we will give notice in the account area or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of flowsint.lol is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law gives you a different right.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@flowsint.lol.
